Watchworthy - What To Watch Reviews

Why I like it: Watchworthy is amazing for recommendations. The worthy percentage is so helpful to know how well Watchworthy thinks the show matches with your viewing preferences. I am bingeing a series that wasn’t even on my radar based on Watchworthy ’s recommendation and I’m loving it. Other apps that give recommendations either don’t seem personalized to my viewing preferences or they use bad algorithms.

Areas for improvement: This would be a 5 star app if the watchlist was improved upon. I need Watchworthy to allow me to mark episodes as watched. The watchlist should show the next episode in a series instead of an entire series. This would also stop Watchworthy from showing series that I’ve already completed in my worthy recommendations. Currently, since Watchworthy doesn’t have this feature, I have to use a different app to track my viewing. It would be nice if the detail page for a series would show other things you might like. For example, on the page for The Mentalist, it might suggest that others that liked this series enjoyed Psych. This would allow me to find things based on my favorite show and those suggestions should rate highly worthy for me anyway. I also wish that it contained movies and documentaries.

Watchworthy couldn’t have came out at a better time With Turmoil all around us and forced incubation mandated by our government, a need to find methods of passing time has become a necessity in our world. Watchworthy helps filter out the nonsense suggested by the streaming devices, and brings data and analytics into suggestions over the spectrum of all streaming and viewing platforms. I have never seen such an organized guide of shows I want to watch, and it even reminds me of the forgotten shows I used to love. Thank you for this!!

I love this app so much! I’m always super skeptical about starting shows bc I don’t want to waste my time starting a show that I’m not going to like. I recently did that with 2 shows bc the this app app has been glitching and I had finished the show I had been binging. Also, my sense of humor is a little different than others. I don’t care for The Office, Kevin Hart’s stand up, and most Will Farrell movies. Most people disagree with me. Anywho, I’m giving Watchworthy 3 stars because it won’t load. When I go into it, it immediately crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nada. Please fix! We need your algorithms this app lol.

I thought this was just a scam like a lot other apps out there but this is perfect! Trust me! It’s amazing for what to watch on Netflix like me. Cause I just guess that this show is good when it’s pretty boring and I don’t want to watch it and my whole ‘continue watching! Section is full of shows that I’m never going to watch.

As the days spent in isolation drag on, I have binge-watched everything that has entertained me the last few years. But just like toilet paper, I ran out. Then someone recommended the this app app. It helped me find new shows that I actually love watching. And It’s fun ! You take a short quiz and voila - they give you recommendations that actually makesense and I have enjoyed watching!

I’m constantly writing down recommendations for things to watch from friends, articles, etc. Watchworthy provides really personalized suggestions for shows to watch and allows me to track them all on one place and figure out what services offer then. Way cool!

I’d say it’s accurate, but I find it’s listings are limited.

I liked Dexter but the new Dexter series wasn’t recommended— I had to search it up to rate it? I tried to search a few shows I really loved so I could rate them as well (to get more accurate recommendations) but they didn’t recognize Versailles, Rosewell, Gilmore Girls?

I like Penny Dreadful but The Nevers wasn’t recommended? I could keep going but you get the point. It def needs a little work.

I downloaded Watchworthy to see what is it about and i wanted to learn about new movies and show i could watch in the future and during quarantine but right when i download it and sign in. It keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I checked my internet and its completely fine. I even added my stream apps and all the other stuff to get recommendations but NOTHING WORKED. I just emailed the people and lets hope it helps. reviews on the top either are lying or robots but as a newbie im kinda disappointed

I have tried re installing Watchworthy , restarting my phone, etc and Watchworthy is completely unusable which is so disappointing cuz I really wanted it to work. It won’t let me make an account, only lets me take the starter quiz 20% of the time and literally nothing loads even if i’m able to get into Watchworthy . Not one feature has worked correctly if at all. I’m trying not to be harsh or unnecessarily rude but I don’t know how else to say that it doesn’t work at all in the slightest.

There’s nothing more annoying than having a list of shows you wanna watch, turning one on and realizing you actually hate it. this app is fun and gave me a big list of shows that I know I’ll love. Also, it was fun seeing the kind of shows I like. Never realized how many comedies I watched.

I was really exited to try out Watchworthy because I had seen ads about it and thought it was a really cool concept, but it was a bit of a disappointment. I tried out Watchworthy and put in my likings and everything, along with the streaming services I have, but no results that are of my taste showed up. Shows that I specifically put that I didn’t like were being recommended. It just didn’t help, sorry. 😕

I like it because I always forgot the shows I haven’t watched yet. It is also hard to find good shows to watch. Now I finally have a place to find good shows. My only complaint is that you can’t find or add any movies to your watchlist.

Thanks for getting me out of a show-hole. Some of the recs I already watch, some I’ve thought about watching and I have never even heard of some of the recommendations, so I am excited to start watching. Finally an easy way to find a new show to watch, esp during the self-isolation we are going through rn!

Trying to find a new show to watch in this day of countless options and steaming services can be overwhelming. this app helps me learn about new shows that fit my taste profile, organize a watch list, and watch them wherever they may live. Game changer!

I don’t know who created this or help create this but Watchworthy is absolutely worth it!!! Narrows down top shows based on your likes and dislikes. It’s like tinder for tv shows!!

Got Watchworthy used it for ten minutes rated all my shows then after that it has said something went wrong and we can’t continue since then. I was only able to actually use Watchworthy for about 10-20 minutes. Abs it’s been a couple days I haven’t been able to do anything abs everytime I try to go into Watchworthy again it says the same thing.

When I read the reviews I got exited so I downloaded it I searched up 6 movies and it had none for example Deadpool 3 something I wanted to say see for a really long time I wouldn’t recommend it and the fact that when I went to horror catagory I only saw like four movies this is not a fake review so I hope you read this developers

Downloaded Watchworthy and tried for an hour to set up an account with my email. It sent me a link but when I click on it, it just sends me to a page to download Watchworthy . Click on “Create Account” and the same thing over and over. I click on “Contact Support” and it does nothing. Concept was good but impossible to create an account with your email.

I downloaded hoping that this would help me look for new content, but it continues to just show me what I’ve already seen. It helps rate shows to see what you might like, but I would prefer something that filters out shows I’ve already completed and allows you to tell it what episodes/shows have been watched.

Awesome app and really helpful, especially at this time. As a millennial who loves pop culture, Watchworthy is perfect for ensuring that I am never bored and never out of options when it comes to entertainment!

Now, more than ever, Watchworthy is solving the problem of, what the heck should I watch?! It’s so intuitive, and I can’t wait to keep checking out new shows!
