It wasn’t working from the start

I downloaded the app to see what is it about and i wanted to learn about new movies and show i could watch in the future and during quarantine but right when i download it and sign in. It keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I checked my internet and its completely fine. I even added my stream apps and all the other stuff to get recommendations but NOTHING WORKED. I just emailed the people and lets hope it helps. reviews on the top either are lying or robots but as a newbie im kinda disappointed
So many glitches it’s completely unusable

I have tried re installing the app, restarting my phone, etc and this app is completely unusable which is so disappointing cuz I really wanted it to work. It won’t let me make an account, only lets me take the starter quiz 20% of the time and literally nothing loads even if i’m able to get into the app. Not one feature has worked correctly if at all. I’m trying not to be harsh or unnecessarily rude but I don’t know how else to say that it doesn’t work at all in the slightest.

Got the app used it for ten minutes rated all my shows then after that it has said something went wrong and we can’t continue since then. I was only able to actually use the app for about 10-20 minutes. Abs it’s been a couple days I haven’t been able to do anything abs everytime I try to go into the app again it says the same thing.
