Should be called Covve Scam(In my opinion)

It is my opinion that this app has critical issues with backup. It simply does not work. We evaluated this application by scanning over 30 cards in and then attempted to restore the data on Anne IPhone. Not only was it lost forever but customer support took over three weeks to reply with the correct procedure to back up the satay. At first they simply said it was lost. This defect is so critical that I can not believe that it is still on the market. My advice is to stay away from all of their applications. If they can’t get a backup right and provide the most basic customer support, the rest of the engineering can not be trusted. We are choosing another vendor.
Will Not Add Contact

Had been my go to app for contacts for a year+ but now when I scan cards, I no longer have the option to add contact and the pic doesn’t save. Not sure it it’s an app version or recent IOS update but no longer usable (I tried deleting and reinstalling).
Tried app support but it just takes me to FAQs that don’t address the issue.
Hope it gets fixed as I paid for premium.
Good scanning, not very good iOS integration

Exporting a card to Contacts puts entire address on one line on Street field, requiring copy and paste to fix each card which is a pain. Backup is buggy; I just turned on backup and the result was a message saying 11 cards backed up but in fact 10 were deleted. All in all, the search for a really good card scanner continues; this is not it.
