I really like ScripturePlus and the resources it gives me access to. I’ve noticed however that when a verse has several videos associated with it, it will play the first few seconds of the first video, move to the second, play a few seconds of it and move in the same manner until it reaches the end of the queue. If the developer can get the video player dialed in, as it has been in the past, this will be an even better resource.

ScripturePlus really is something special. It is easily the most aesthetically appealing, interesting, and exciting scripture study app I have used. And it works so seamlessly. I love how I can scroll down as I’m reading and new study helps just magically appear as I go. I also enjoy the fact that it already has the brand new Book of Mormon videos and images that the Church has just released linked into the appropriate places in the text. You can watch them right in ScripturePlus .
I understand that more content will be added in the future, which makes it exciting to think that I’ll be able to go back and review earlier sections of the text to see what new content has been added to the study helps.
Overall, ScripturePlus is beautifully done and runs smoothly. It has already become my and my family’s favorite way to study the Scriptures.

I have only started using ScripturePlus, and already love it. There is so much additional content to enhance the study. The only downside is not having ScripturePlus years ago. I spent quite a bit of time copying the KnowWhys into my notes in the Gospel Library app. Now here they are in a much better format attached to the Book of Mormon. Oh well. Looking forward to continued use.

I agree with others who mentioned they would give it 10 stars if they could. I love ScripturePlus , there are so many resources available with a variety of teaching methods that are so helpful. I have used it this past year with the BOM, and am really excited to learn the Doctrine and Covenants with ScripturePlus. I highly recommend it.

I can not express in words how much I love ScripturePlus! I am an early morning seminary teacher and spend a lot of time preparing lessons every day. I love that there are videos, explanations, quotes, and more to go with the scriptures. It amazes me, as I move down the scriptures the cursor shows things that go with that scripture. How cool is that. Everything in one app. I appreciate the makers of ScripturePlus. God bless y’all. I also love having the words and names of the Lord in red. I love that, since the challenge from President Nelson, to do that I took that challenge in my paper scriptures. I love that it’s on my digital scriptures for me❤️❤️❤️❤️thanks again. I was introduced to this app last year as we studied the Book of Mormon. The daily assignments were great in keeping me thinking about my testimony of the Book of Mormon constantly. I loved the videos and additional commentary.

This year, flat out, has been my most complete, testimony building, comprehensive, satisfying reading of the Doctrine and Covenants EVER. Thank you so much, RandyB

I love the information that is now available and shared with us in ScripturePlus. We have been listening to the Easter lessons and are amazed at the information now readily accessible to broaden our understanding of this event. I love the timeline showing the events of Easter week.

ScripturePlus. Is invaluable to me. It keeps me on track with my daily study like nothing else has. I know that if I can just do the delineated reading for the day, I will have studied the full lesson in depth by the end of the week. The added commentary is so interesting that I look forward to my scripture study.

I love ScripturePlus. I use it in addition to the gospel library app because it is organized in paragraph style rather than verses. It helps me see connections between verses and the overall flow of the chapters. The additional material is unique and also helps with my study. I see it as an excellent companion and an additional resource to the gospel library app.

My testimony and understanding of the scriptures has grown so much. Thank you for sharing and working so hard to help so many. I share this site with many others. Our Savior works this way and uses us to be instruments in His hands to help share His Gospel. Pray we will always be able to enjoy this, and pray for all of you who work so diligently and hard.

The this app app is amazing! For years I have wanted an app that combines all the best research, images, videos, and content into one, and we now finally have it. It still has room for improvement but what I love is it seems that new updates are coming out every few weeks with bug fixes and new features. I’m beyond excited for the future of ScripturePlus, and have enjoyed using it to study my scriptures.

After reading the scriptures several times, it makes it difficult to know what to do next without it getting mundane. Fortunately, I came across ScripturePlus, and it has opened my eyes and heart tremendously. I have gained a greater understanding of the context of the scriptures, thus better empathizing with and having an admiration for those mentioned in these sacred texts.

I recommend ScripturePlus to the newcomer or seasoned veteran to the scriptures. It will surely open up your mind and heart as you further learn of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

I absolutely love this app! So much additional research and background knowledge is literally at your fingertips using ScripturePlus. Book of Mormon Central have included many quotes from the prophets and other gospel scholars. I appreciate having videos, pictures, maps, timelines, charts, art, and quotes linked directly to the scriptures that they are relevant to as cross references. My understanding of the Book of Mormon is deeper due to all the resources provided. I am grateful for the time and effort put into this work. I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The supplemental material provided with the scriptures in ScripturePlus is unbelievable. Book of Mormon Minute, written by Brant Gardner specifically for ScripturePlus, is probably the simplest and most beneficial commentary I’ve ever come across. This all changed my daily scripture study from simple reading to thoughtful study. ScripturePlus has incorporated charts and graphics, videos, and commentary like KnoWhy and Book of Mormon Minute almost completely seamlessly. Say bye to skipping over difficult verses in the Book of Mormon, the commentary and information is a huge help. So grateful for ScripturePlus! Download it!

I just downloaded ScripturePlus and am blown away by how incredible it is. It makes reading the Book of Mormon more meaningful and insightful. It’s easy to navigate and user friendly. There are videos, questions, and thoughts for each day to help guide your study and give you something to think about. This is also good if you don’t have a lot of time but you still want to get something meaningful from your study. You can click on a video or read one of the Knowwhys for the day to get that spiritual boost you need. I can’t recommend ScripturePlus enough. Its definitely a game changer.

I would like to thank those at Book of Mormon Central for this amazingly powerful app. It’s like multidimensional Scriptures. For those of us who like to look deeper into the content & context of the Scriptures, this platform is robust & engaging. And, it is reassuring the information is from a reliable source sanctioned by the Church. So thankful for your efforts to make this available & accessible. Many layers of learning & teaching references. It’s like a Wikipedia or Living Document that will continue to help us reveal all that is still unknown, prior to the return of Our Savior. Feeling blessed to have found this tool early in its inception & to have an opportunity to see it grow & be able to depend on its contents. Thank You.

I really love using ScripturePlus! Right now it’s probably my favorite way to study the Book of Mormon, having study helps and videos right alongside each verse as I read. I especially like the addition of the red lettering in the titles for deity and the direct words of the Lord; however, in a few places the titles for the Lord are not always completely in red. In some instances, a few letters of a title will be red and a few will be black. Some specific examples of this are 1 Nephi 7:1, 2 Nephi 9:1, and 2 Nephi 13:1. This is a minor flaw that doesn’t really impact my reading all that much, but I feel like a fix of this issue would help make the reading a little less distracting. Other than that, wonderful app! I really enjoy using it!

Thoroughly enjoyed following this format for my Book of Mormon scripture study 2020. Only discovered ScripturePlus a few months into the year so will go back and complete the plan. Loved having the scripture block set up each day with the videos and know how and being able to check off my progress… I loved the challenge of wanting to get each section checked off and through doing so gained a fascinating insight and truly felt like I have feasted on the scriptures. I have learned more this year than any other year in my 40 year church membership. Really going to miss ScripturePlus as we go into 2021. Also really loved the advent video calendar… thank you to everyone involved in bringing this about, I am indebted to you.

I have been waiting for a truly interactive Book of Mormon (and other scriptures to come). With the menu at the bottom we can access videos including many original BMC creations, KnoWhys, and information about the person speaking in the text (e.g. Nephi). I know that Book of Mormon Central has much more content and over time we will get it all. ScripturePlus puts a whole new meaning to the phrase “living scriptures”! Congratulations to all those who have worked to get this launched!

If it could change orientation and go horizontal on at least iPadOS, then you could do a split screen with the Gospel Library, and other apps, and I would just love that.

I am so excited about this new app! I am reading the BOM w/my 11 and 13 year olds and this is so fun and engaging!! I love the connected videos/pictures/know why’s! I love the description and history of writer of the book. I haven’t used it for very long but love what I see!

The amount of information provided, chapter by chapter, is absolutely incredible! The amount of research and care taken to make this scriptural - and spiritual - information available is undeniably incredible. To the makers of ScripturePlus, and their contributors, THANK YOU!! I like how everything is formatted in ScripturePlus—there is no need to indent every verse and ScripturePlus does not. All of the insights are very useful. The only problem is a lack of appearance customization. Dark mode support is a good minimum, but appearance customization could be brought even further.

For the first time in awhile I feel excited to start scripture study. ScripturePlus makes me feel like I will be able to better understand what is going on and have a deeper connection to the events that happened in the scriptures. Feels so easy to have it all in one place. Thank you!

Scriptures Plus has just barely started their launch and after a few hours of studying the scriptures, I have been more educated and spiritually edified by ScripturePlus’s method of applying related materials to the scriptures than I have ever felt in any religion class at BYU. This will be a wonderful addition to my personal scripture study.

I’m still pinching myself that ScripturePlus even exists, let alone that it’s free! Go download it and you will experience a quantum leap in volume of accessible information and in functionality over the electronic versions in the Gospel Library app.

I’m so grateful for ScripturePlus! Everything is right at my fingertips. I can read with my kids and find corresponding pictures, videos, definitions, explanations, cross references. It just amazing to have everything right where I need it. Now when I’m teaching I won’t have to carry 5 extra books to help teach. It’s all here. 💕

Wonderful app, it's deepened my studies and renewed my vigor in learning more about the Gospel. One thing I wish was added is a dark mode. Other than that, perfect app!!
