Doesn’t work got deleted

When starting off it makes you use your phone number instead of an email and when it does decide to make your account you don’t enter a password or anything which is major flaw. When scanning something my first try it says I need to turn on notifications then leads me to their website explaining what to do instead of the standard push notifications asking for location. I’ve emailed the help team showing them that it doesn’t show on both location settings and lucid app settings. With no actual help I deleted my account and LucidID . Big waste of time.

Terrible App

I asked a guy that worked in a dispensary if anyone uses this and he said hes never heard of it. Dumb app that serves no purpose.

Lucid green is a joke. I scanned the reward multiple times on multiples Rove cartridge but didn’t get a point. False advertise and Unprofessional

No points?

I have scanned over 11 products and I don’t see to be having any bud tokens. Don’t know what’s wrong with LucidID but very disappointing and unprofessional. Will update if issue is fixed.

Lousy site

I get to the site and try to scan and nothing. Pretty worthless from where I’m standing. Deleted LucidID . Thanks for nothing, Rove.

What Reward Points

Loaded 4 cartridges and never saw a place for reward point’s after scanning that annoyingly tiny QR.

I use LucidID to stack up on my rove reward points and it’s pretty cool you can keep track of the cartridges you smoke and keep track of THC levels and other information etc .

Hopper Reserve
