Doesn’t work got deleted
When starting off it makes you use your phone number instead of an email and when it does decide to make your account you don’t enter a password or anything which is major flaw. When scanning something my first try it says I need to turn on notifications then leads me to their website explaining what to do instead of the standard push notifications asking for location. I’ve emailed the help team showing them that it doesn’t show on both location settings and lucid app settings. With no actual help I deleted my account and the app. Big waste of time.

I have scanned over 11 products and I don’t see to be having any bud tokens. Don’t know what’s wrong with this app but very disappointing and unprofessional. Will update if issue is fixed.

I get to the site and try to scan and nothing. Pretty worthless from where I’m standing. Deleted the app. Thanks for nothing, Rove.
