The support is terrible. I have now had to purchase Filmora on three separate platforms for essentially the same app. First I purchased on my MacBook but wanted a mobile version so I had to purchase Filmora Go. I was ok with that since it was actually a mobile app but the functionality and usability on a small iPhone is limited and wanted to do it on my iPad instead. I come to find out that there is a THIRD app that I need to purchase specifically for the iPad. This is absolute crap that I have to pay 3 times for the same thing. I reached out to support and they were very unhelpful. I tried calling but of course you can never get a real person on the phone anymore. Instead they transferred my ticket to an email and have not resolved my issue. If I knew I would be paying close to $200 to have functionality across platforms I would have gone to a bigger better competitor like Adobe
Not worth it, BEWARE before buying

I’m deeply disappointed especially after reading all of these “wonderful “ reviews and seeing the 4.7 stars. While the basic editing is ok but almost every editor has it, what I wanted it for was auto caption so I bought both the upgrade version and extra cost of auto caption and it simply does not work. I tried it and within an hour after I found out it’s simple does not work I asked for a refund since there’s no trial stage. Customer service was useless. Don’t buy. There are other, better ones out there.
iPad Pro version horrible compared to desktop

Desktop version great! iPad Pro version is horrible! Not even close to the same! Won’t let me upload audio files under materials, and when I upload it from the music/audio tab, it randomly cuts off. When you use pictures for pop ups in the video you’re editing, it links all the photos as one and won’t let you split it. Downloaded the full version and the same problems were there. Shame the app isn’t the same as the desktop.
