Probably about a year now and still no push notifications yet as of Feb 2024.

So again, more updates, and no direct, addressing of the fact that the push notifications don’t work. I purchased these openers for the specific reason that I could get a text telling me I left the door open. Many have complained about this yet you completely seem to ignore the request to get this fixed it randomly just stopped working all of a sudden. Why do you even have this as a feature I can pretend to turn on, if you have no intention of ever making it work?

So after several months of multiple complaints by hundreds of people, they still can’t get push notifications to work? Who are the people who are doing this programming. As I said in my first review this is programming 101 it seems I’ve completely deleted devices, reinstall them disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi etc. etc. and nothing works. Come on guys the whole point of this is to know if someone’s entering my home when I’m not there. When I’m home I know someone opens the door. Absolutely pathetic. Seems this is programming and debugging 101. Really? If you can’t get this corrected how can I trust you have any security issues correct

We’ve been using this app for years with no issue. One day I open the app to see that they’ve taken the original Home Screen view away (the one that they promote when you look at this app on the App Store). It has instead been replaced by a list view which makes the “button” smaller and makes so I have to see everything we have connected instead of just my side of the garage door. Customer Service says more people prefer this and that on time we will come to appreciate it too. Very disappointed and wish they would’ve just left the toggle switch in the upper right hand corner like it had always been instead of taking away a choice.

Just lame won’t work

Go to try to open up my garage door with the app and lo and behold they change the whole app without any forewarning. finally log in to download the new app to tell me my passwords wrong it’s not wrong I wrote it down. On the app I said forgot password and have not got my password not in my junk box or my trashcan this app has to be the lamest app whenever you need it to work it does not.

Now I went through the set up Process picked a new email new password and it still says my password is wrong -0 stars
Now the thing wants me to use Bluetooth on my secure device I do not have Bluetooth I’m using the device is Wi-Fi not Bluetooth it will not let me go any further to reset up the system, whoever bought craftsman ruin the company
