I downloaded the app multiple times. Paid for a full one year membership. The app has blocked my phone and does not allow me to make any phone calls. Even when u make a call it stops after 5 seconds. Contacted the support. Emailed back and forth with Bruce. Nothing was resolved. He kept telling me that the issue is resolved but That wasn’t the case. Still account was blocked for no reason and the app didn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this app...

I’m literally going to freeze to death tonight because they activated a subscription that was cancelled a week ago and took money out of my account. My phone is about to die and I’m at a gas station in the middle of nowhere with no gas. I don’t have enough on my card now to activate the pump. It’s 20° F and if someone doesn’t find me soon these are going to be my last words. This isn’t fair.

Please reply to my email. I need to cancel my account. The one number I needed to call couldn’t go through. There is no button on the app to cancel your subscription as far as I can see, and there’s no website to do it either. Horrible design and poor functionality
