Just plain terrible app

My company started using this a year ago and it has been fine. But ever since the latest update whenever I try to use the app on my phone I get ERROR-2 THE NETWORK IS OUT OF SERVICE. And the app just freezes. Before if I relogged into it it would work, but now it is just a useless app.
Key Issues I have

I get kicked out of the app very often and have to sign in all over again. Not very functional and does not save your email or password for an easy log in. This happens multiple times in a day.
Additionally, whenever I want to take notes on a candidate while I am on a call with them, the notes box does not extend as you type. So one phone call that would normally be one long detailed note (web version), is now 3 or 4 separate notes that I have to save (Mobile version).
