App will not use your camera even when given access. This makes the app unusable.

The camera does not scan correctly, even if it does pick up the code, it literally will just say ‘failure’ and will not provide any troubleshooting or support, if you go click on the help tab all it does is play an automated video on how to point your camera at the code, no chat, no help phone number, no email. Hopefully nothing important you buy is dependent on this app as it doesn’t even work, nor is there anyone to help you should you even try.
