Wisconsin Public Service WPS Reviews

The keyboard rotates to landscape mode but WisconsinPublicServiceWPS stays in portrait mode I have tried turning off screen rotation and locking it and all kinds of things. Your tech-support has no idea what is going on. Please fix it, it used to work, now it doesn’t.

Update, it still is broken, not able to put any information in.

Only thing I’d change is when paying the bill that it still gives you a confirmation # like it does online

I love the convenience of the WPS app but it don’t accept Visa. That’s the only card I and I can’t just get up and go anywhere bcuz of my leg injury. 😐 I wish you guys would allow it....

The only thing I would say that’s negative about WisconsinPublicServiceWPS is the payment section. It still doesn’t allow VISA charge card or debit cards.

WisconsinPublicServiceWPS is good but an option to make an automatic payment each month would help both WPS and the user. Payment info is already provided by the user in WisconsinPublicServiceWPS . Then it would truly be “set it and forget it.”

I can only say how happy I am that we finally have an app for our electric bill! It is so much more convenient and easier to pay our bill! And WisconsinPublicServiceWPS allows me to even see our usage and compares it to last years bill for us! Absolutely perfect!

WisconsinPublicServiceWPS is so handy and helpful I really would be lost without it! I love it so much and I am super thankful to have it.

I love being able to pay and view my bill anywhere/anytime. Plus paperless billing helps with all the paper clutter.

Way more useful than I expected

Very convenient not that the website is hard to use either but with the bill alert and the simple “clean” view its nice too

How often do consumers wish for a website that’s easy to navigate, simple to use & straight-forward? Well, that pretty much describes the WPS website.

Wish all websites were that user-friendly.

WisconsinPublicServiceWPS has been along time coming and I’m so glad WPS finally has it! It makes tracking my bills and payments so much more convenient!

Wow the improvement to view and pay is amazing

Of all the electronic pay systems out there this is Superior no other can compare

WisconsinPublicServiceWPS makes tracking/paying your bill so easy. I’ve used the eBill option for years and personally think this is a better option

We were lucky enough to be able to purchase the home of our dreams on a lake we always wanted to be on. WPS is our utility vendor. I love WisconsinPublicServiceWPS so much because it gives me everything I need to know when I’m away.

I almost never write reviews, but paying our WPS bill via WisconsinPublicServiceWPS is much easier and less clunky than doing it online. The UI is attractive and everything I would want from an energy provider. A great early Christmas present.

I’ve had WisconsinPublicServiceWPS for awhile, but it’s the first time I’ve been asked to review.
I like WisconsinPublicServiceWPS, it makes it easy to look up my bill, my usage, and what I pay for things, I wish it would’ve been available sooner.

Please only take out one payment, I like it when you give me notice when my payment, WPS is always accurate thank you for being patient during hard times.

The only thing missing from WisconsinPublicServiceWPS is the ability to set up an auto payment!
