Why does they charge so much?

I found that it was next to impossible to use. A lot of the time it was simply not working. They have a no refund policy and offered me the chance to continue for @20,00 a month as opposed to the @99 I signed up for. There lead generation program is a joke. The only way anyone can make money with this is to get other people to sign up for the program. A total scam in my book

Where to even start… I don’t have enough space or time to outline multiple negative experiences and bad business practices with Nowsite from their advertised “Sales Pro” money maker scam with representatives who have not been trained, have no business knowledge, and who could barely communicate in English (Our “Pro” created several messes I had to clean up because she did not make effort and/or understand my company mission or services sold and was misrepresenting my company in messaging. When called on it, she proceeded to tell me how she was going to go about things instead of following directions given.) to their unlimited plan and not being able to download those searches (When I first joined you could do this, then they literally turned the capability off) forcing you to use their antiquated and nonfunctional CRM to literally copy and paste connection messages into LinkedIn or other SM platforms and not directly through Nowsite (Programmers at least programmed a new browser to open your account, so that you could then do what you would normally do in LinkedIn: go to More, select Add, copy and paste your message you’ve already entered into Nowsite, shorten it because they allow more characters than LinkedIn chat, then send). Their claim of saving time actually adds to the time and labor it takes to do what you can do for free, faster, and more efficiently. Even the list building and assigning leads to more than one is nonfunctional. The final straw with Nowsite was trying to cancel. First be aware that there is a 30 day cancellation requirement). That aside, I sent the request via email as they instruct. Multiple representatives responded in the multiple times I had to request to cancel. Each time there was something “new” they were trying to offer, which had they reviewed my account they would know I had already tried that service. Bottom line, after literally copying and pasting the same message and wording to cancel into multiple emails, I found myself forced to threaten legal action and reporting to the FTC, among other accountability entities. Save yourself the headache, frustrations, etc. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you’re already in, send your cancellation notice 30 days ahead, go and check your subscription to make sure it is canceled and you see the words “Reactivate Subscription” (Note that your card information will still be in their system).

I just signed up and spoke with one of the "nerds". I really was hoping for integrations and AI but there are no integrations and the AI is really for SEO and some other minor marketing. Also, users have to input the same information in multiple locations such as the digital business card and website. I was hoping to enter the information about our company and maybe integrate with another software we currently use and then the AI would kick in to create a new site, create the digital card, and perform marketing but doesn't work that way here. You have to hire someone from their company at an extra cost to do each of these. I don't want to be a marketing expert. I want to do what I do best and delegate the rest. If you want the same, this is not the company to use. If you want to do it yourself with templates and easy to use tools, then this maybe the company for you. Update: After being signed up with Nowsite for only a few days, I requested a refund since our company is not in need of marketing software. I was told by one of their reps that "this is a monthly subscription-based service so we cannot process reimbursements or credits." What a joke.
