I had downloaded in October of 2019 while on vacation paid for 1 month cancelled before the month was up and honestly didn’t realize they had kept charging us for months and months of not using the service and it being cancelled.
Now that we’ve realized it we can only get a refund for the last 2 months. In my book they still owe us for the other 4 mos as well.
They have an email for customer service but they don’t respond to you at all.
To get the last two months refunded I had to go through Apple and unfortunately there’s no customer service there either, it’s all automated :(.
I purchased a full year membership of this VPN and it turned out that sadly it’s a fake app I don’t know if there is a real power VPN somewhere on PowerVPN Store so be careful on what VPN or game or any app you get from the store cuz (I hate to say this) is been some fake apps that I’ve been downloading and.... well they have everything I had in my phone laptop and tv. I guess not you don’t need to be verify to sell something on apple or it seems. If it was a 0 starts rating I would’ve choose that but I guess I would have to give PowerVPN 1 start but don’t take my word for you can find out for yourself. That’s all I have to said about this fake app
I downloaded it and expected it to be good but it just made me buy a 100 dollar subscription which I don’t even have so do not get it it will be a waste of your money and time
hi! so i downloaded this vpn on a free trial, however it wasn’t working at school. i stopped using it , however mistakingly forgot to cancel the trial and was charged $9.99 for it. i’ve included the receipt. i desperately need that money back. is there any way for me to get a refund? nobody answered my email.
