OlatheHealth is a joke. You have to have 2 apps to maneuver through the what you need. You are logged in to a secure app but you canโt pay your bill without a specific number off the bill.
I cannot get into the system. It doesnโt recognize me and Cernerโs system is a bad joke!! Iโve been trying to register for the vaccine and get no place!!! Very frustrated!

It would literally be easier to browse antique barns until you find a fax machine and fax these goons than it is to use their app. Iโve seen better apps developed by unpaid high school interns. I would rather buy stamps and learn cursive so I can send a letter via the Pony Express. I would forgo all my hipaa rights by communicating to these people via highway billboard than use OlatheHealth. I want to buy the developer a text book before he or she ruins more apps. I want to buy a rotary phone so I never have to see this garbage app again.
The docs are nice though so three stars.
