How to fix Route app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Route app on iPhone
Update Route app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Route iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Route on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Route network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Route Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Route not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Route App
1. On android, goto Settings » Route » click [Force Stop]

Update Route to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Route App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Route » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Route.

Fix Route unable to contact server/ Route internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Route » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Route » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
