Can someone help me?

I downloaded FileConvertertotheFormats yesterday with hope of being able to convert .mov files into mp4 but I think it only allows videos up to 10 minutes long to be converted.. is this true? Can someone from FileConvertertotheFormats reach out. I tried to find contact info on FileConvertertotheFormats Store profile page but honestly I didn’t see any.

I was trying to convert a jpeg to a png for a roblox ad AND IT WOULDN’T EVEN LET ME DO THAT UNLESS I BOUGHT A SUBSCRIPTION. if the developers could make this change I would be very happy.

Wow I hate this app

first of all it is not free, second is that it can’t even convert the files without FileConvertertotheFormats altogether crashing, fix it

Converted and mp4 to a wav with no problem. Used iCloud mail drop to send from phone to computer.
