لايعمل!!! منذ فتره والتطبيق لايعمل ولا يفتح اي فيديو وليس في هادي فقط في جميع الاجهزة! كان التطبيق رائع واصبح فاشل جدا 👎🏻 هل سيتم اصلاح الخلل ام نحذف التطبيق من اجهزتنا!
does not work!!! For a while, the application does not work and does not open any video, not in Hady, only in all devices! The application was great and became a failure Will the bug be fixed or remove the application from our devices!

My problem is that I cannot download anything in this program. My WiFi is excellent and the network is good. I do not know why. I hope you will review this and solve the problem as soon as possible

OneConverter was intended for using offline because my phone is cut off at the moment, when I had wifi I had to download my music. When it came down to listening and downloading more a couple days later it completely stopped working so everything I downloaded will eventually have to be erased. Would not recommend using if you don’t want to waste your time. Highly Unsatisfied with OneConverter.

I am facing a problem when I change the name of the song in the library. I did not find it in the internal song list of the program. I must add it again in the library. Please update the library automatically.

The application was working fine until just a few minutes ago, i tried opening OneConverter to play some music and it kept crashing, at first i thought it needed a software update, but there is none, so then i checked if my phone needed a software update, and there was none either, my only choice is to delete it, and i have a lot of music downloaded so if i delete it i’m losing all of it. it would be great if you guys manage to make an update that fixes the crash issue.

When ever I receive a call, OneConverter will stop playing until I will start it manually. Can you fix this bug especially for those who drive while using OneConverter . Thanks for urgent action. How do I buy OneConverter I have not seen any upgrade button

Hello, OneConverter was working fine before, in fact it was AMAZING, but it looks like it stopped working (no downloading) with everyone. Pleease fix it.
Also adding a “shuffle” option in library would be a huge boost, hope it gets fixed asap

Im using it half year and i can say That this is one of best music app u can get on app store. There is some bugs from time to time but all in all it is very good :D

While playing a video, if someone calls you, you must restart OneConverter or otherwise the you won’t hear the audio.
