Tried the free trial before paying because I had seen mixed reviews. For the majority of the free week it told me it couldn’t send texts at all and the couple of times it finally let me I tested with my friends phone nearby. She received the outgoing texts from my app but when she responded hers never came through to me so I can never be sure if anyone actually can reach me or received my messages through FreePhoneNumber2ndLine . Reached out to customer support twice and never heard back. Deleting before the subscription charges me.
I sent you guys an email already. I downloaded FreePhoneNumber2ndLine and somehow I was charged $9.99. I do not have the money to pay it and I did not want the subscription now Apple will not let me download anything else from FreePhoneNumber2ndLine Store until I pay the $9.99 to you guys I do not have that money. Don’t ever download FreePhoneNumber2ndLine. FreePhoneNumber2ndLine gives you a 7 day free trial and says cancel at any time but once you subscribe it doesn’t give you an option of unsubscribing......call BBB!!!!

FreePhoneNumber2ndLine seems to have a way to contact support but the message always fails because it’s looking for a valid email address but there is nowhere on the submission form to enter one. STAY AWAY
A seven day free trial was advertised and I selected it. However, I was charged for the yearly fee of 85 dollars. Just from scrolling through previous reviews, I see that others are reporting the same issue. I’ll be taking steps to get my money returned to me and ensuring that everyone knows how FreePhoneNumber2ndLine scams people. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Saw FreePhoneNumber2ndLine in App Store and it offered a free trial thought sure why not then find out right I clicked on free free it charged my card $84 dollars for subscription I didn’t even click !!! Reached out numerous times emailed and all and no got back oh and the cherry on top the only people who called me from unknown door dash number that can’t be called back!!!! Worse app ever and I am calling my card and getting my money back I just deleted the freaken thing to stop the scammers and door dashers from calling!!!!

Not only is this one of the more expensive 2nd phone apps but it’s customer support is nonexistent! It keeps telling me that my number is expiring but I paid for the annual membership. I’ve emailed several times and never received any response back.

Seems to work well but can’t text or receive pictures. Not sure I will keep past the trial unless I can figure out how to do this.
When I try calling my friend I keep getting call ended at the beginning after I press dial
But when I call to a us it works fine but Saudi Arabia and Egypt it keep call ending by it self after dialing the number
