Cancel my subscription with your app. Your a SCAMMER!!!!
I PAID SUBSCRIBE TO IT AND IT SAYS AFTER 3 DAYS FREE TRIAL WILL END. I TRIED IMPORTING A PHOTO AND PAID FOR PHP250 AND SOMETHING POPS UP SAYING THE EST DELIVERY TIME WOULD BE 4 DAYS, 23 HOURS AND 52 MINUTES!!! I WONDER BECAUSE MY PLAN IS TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR ITLL END BUT THE FUCK I GUESS I WONT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PHOTO I PAID FOR WITHIN THE FREE TRIAL SO IF IM GONNA WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ILL BE NEEDING TO PAY FOR PHP679!!!! THIS IS INSANE!!! NOW I CANCELLED MY ORDER BUT THEN I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AT ALL!!!!!!! THIS APP IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!
I submitted a photo AND paid for it to be completed. It said originally it’d take a little over 4 days for me to receive the final cartoon image of my picture... well it’s been almost 2 weeks now and still nothing. Pretty sure this is a scam!
Never received anything at all after sending my image in 6 months ago! This app is a scam.

I downloaded this app wanting to use it for one picture so I signed up for the free trial planning on canceling the trial after getting the picture made. When I was trying to upload a photo they wanted even more money just to chose a photo. So I went through the app looking for a way to cancel the subscription before they charged me for nothing but there was no way to cancel the subscription through the app. I tried finding a website for the app hoping that I would be able to cancel it there but there was no website for the app. I finally found out I could cancel the subscription through my apple account before they could charge me for anything.

This is an absolute scam! How can apple still offer this on the App Store???? it seriously needs to be removed! You pay for the “free” 3 day trial, then after that it is $9.99. Well that trial gets you nothing…you have to pay an additional $9.99 for an “artist” to render your photo into a cartoon which takes LONGER than the free trail (they say about 5 days). Brilliantly scammy right there. Day 3, while you’re waiting for your art to come in, you’re charged the monthly membership. Then of course…NO ART WAS EVER MADE FOR ME AND IM OUT $20 AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!
Maybe it used to be legit (it’s still 4 stars average…how???!). But now nobody is at the helm. It’s just collecting cash and giving nothing in return.

I wanted to see how one photo that I had would look in different ways and I saw this app and I figured this would be a great way to test out how I liked the way it looked I paid the $80 for the year because you cannot get any artwork done thank God I was able to spare that $80 or I would’ve been furious there is no way to contact anybody in customer service there’s no way to get your money back or talk to anybody they say that they have artists it is a LIE this site takes your money uses another site to put a filter on the photos then makes you wait a week while their ARTISTS are finishing up!
