I have tried 6 times to verify my perfectly legal ID and all of these failed. So what is bnc10 that one can't even sign up for and get past the verification?

Como no tienen sus cuentas disponibles aun, no puedo comentar sobre aquellos aspectos.

Dicho eso, el estilo y approach que han usado es novedoso y intuitivo, lo cual refleja su misión de ser un banco distinto.

Nunca he usado una app donde el registro es guiado por el ceo y toda la información está disponible a través de botones integrados. ¡He de decir que me gusta usar la app! Algo que nunca he dicho sobre una app financiera...

Me han subido mis expectativas para como
van a ser las cuentas y el nivel de servicio.

I have been using this card since March. Getting my ID verified was very easy. It is always possible to reach customer service even during the beginning of the pandemic and now they have added Telegram.
Payments are processed quickly and how can you beat a card with no fees?
The exchange rates are also very good. No foreign transaction fees.
Backed by a reputable Spanish Bank.
I wish the card were made available to residents outside Europe, but this is a new product and it is developing.
Face ID is working without problems on my iPhone. It is not working on my Android Pixel 4 phone. The Android version of bnc10 only allows login with a PIN or fingerprint. Please add Face ID to Android phones that offer it.
