The pen is so glitchy, it doesn’t draw although the button is pressed. We turned off all lights, changed the positions and nothing helped. Also, it is very confusing the way you draw - you need to draw the picture mirrored so the players can see it properly. Instead they could have done the mirroring in the app. The whiteboard one is 100 times better - don’t spend your money on that.

I attempted to install, uninstall, and reset my phone. This app will not load beyond the initial “Mattel“ screen and the blue circle. Based upon other reviews, I called Mattel at the one 800 number they listed – after being on the phone for 32 minutes they told me there is nothing they can do and they have submitted this for an app review. This is very frustrating, as it is for a Christmas present that cannot work now.

I was so excited to get this game, but we’ve never been able to play a single round. The camera/video glitches and buffers so much it makes it impossible to play the game. It’s more like still pictures every couple of seconds than a stream of video, and the camera doesn’t pick up any of the wand’s drawings. We’ve tried it on Wi-Fi, off Wi-Fi, on different devices, updating our IOS, and nothing works. It’s so frustrating. Wasted $30 on this since we’ve never been able to get the app to work well enough for a single round. So disappointed.
