With the ridiculous change to digital-only tickets, you’d think the team could at least offer a functioning app, but alas. Trying to make purchases (eg a parking pass) doesn’t work; it tries to install the SeatGeek app. If I tell it to continue using the MNUFC app, it stops, giving only the option to install SeatGeek or cancel. I tell it to continue using the web, and it won’t let me enter my SeatGeek password - the password field is completely unresponsive.
I’m all in favor of offering an all-digital option, but making it mandatory is unnecessary, creates more problems than it solves, and is disrespectful to the fans who have supported the team for years. It makes sharing tickets with friends vastly more difficult (I can’t just hand my father in law a ticket; he’s in his 70s and isn’t going to install anything on a phone). What are fans without smart phones supposed to do?
And then the app doesn’t even work properly. I’ve been really disappointed with the direction the fan experience has been going ever since the announcement the team would be joining MLS; every year they manage to find a new way to frustrate and disrespect fans and make game days less fun.

This app crashes all the time, particularly when opening the fan experience section. It’s not usable. Frustrating.

It’s pretty stupid. You can’t even subscribe to the team schedule on your iPhone calendar. Every other sports team app allows you to do so.
