Hi I downloaded the application in my iPhone. When I started it I was not asked to login and I cannot find a way to login. Also there’s no way to scan the globe. Can you please provide information how to that ?

Hi we got IQ globen globuss and downloaded app on phone and i pad , try both not working, on phone it wouldn't focus in picture, on ipad software closes up once opened , can i get guidliness on what to do as it is very dissapointing to have with without use
