I made a mistake and tried to delete a person but it wouldn’t let me and it won’t even let me make a new account

Unable to login can only see option to enter user email and password won’t scroll down to press enter (not that I can even see an enter button)

I can sign in to my account, but it says I need to start a family tree. I already have family tree in this account.

Tried to open app and set up account but it only gives sign-in option.

Won’t show family tree won’t display in landscape. Would think it would be one of first apps ever developed. Yuk.

I’m also unable to login it only gives the option to login smh

At first I thought this would be a nice tool to help me keep track of who I competed in my other family tree, but it’s so hard to use! I accidentally create multiple profiles of the same people while I’m trying to add a parent, and I still haven’t successfully added a person’s parent. Plus I can’t delete the extra profiles. This isn’t worth my time unless all of that gets fixed.

I just downloaded Findmypast. While it was loading I decided to read some of the reviews.
The first one I read said they couldn’t log in and it kept say no internet connection.
I go to Findmypast after downloading and sign in and guess what??
It says no internet connection. I have internet in my home and it works quite well.
It’s not my internet connection it’s your app that’s the problem.
From the date of the last complaint until now you’ve had ample enough time to fix the issue.
I will now see myself out and delete Findmypast .

Expensive!

It says no internet connection but I do have connection. Won’t let me open it! Seems as if others have this problem too. Needs fixing!

Don’t waste your time downloading. It doesn’t work. Continuously keep saying no internet connection when I clearly do.

I paid and now every time I try to log in it says no internet

I can not access app. Says no internet, I have both wi-fi and cellular service.

Given how much I paid for my sub, this is utterly unacceptable.

Cannot see anything in Findmypast anymore. Everything is oversized and can’t be resized. Boxes on top of boxes. iPhone 14 hopelessly broken on my phone.

I was able to use this app app without internet connection problems. I was capable of logging in my Find my Past account. But Findmypast version is challenging to navigate and does not work like the online version. I cannot delete a family tree I didn’t want to make it seems you can only do that on the online version. You cannot view your actual tree only the alphabetical order of the people in it. So I recommend the online version as this is nowhere near the same.

I have exactly the same complaint as MusicLoverSG from a year ago. Difference is in my tree you have placed a "Suggested Mother" for a Maternal GG Grandmother despite the fact that my actual GG Grandmother is listed as a person in my tree already. I cannot access this Suggested Mother, but somehow she has 5 hints, cannot delete her, nor can I add my actual GG Grandmother as a spouse to my GG Grandfather who is listed as my Great Grans father. My GG Grans when looking through list is connected as my Great Grans mother. It is absolutely ridiculous. It should not be this hard to add or the correct relationships in app and there is NO reason your system adds a person into a tree that has not been verified by tree owner!
