Horrible for making changes or postponing shipments

I was excited to join CateredFit for my work lunches and when their website said easily cancel days or postpone shipments from the app I thought it was a win win. However there’s is no easy way to postpone shipments, delay shipments or select a date to resume shipments. Their website is just as bad.
It’s not rocket science people - get your app in shape as well as your website. Develop a calendar to pause shipments and when to resume.
Love the service, hate the app

This app looks like it was made in 2010 and hasn’t been updated since. It’s not a clean interface, the UX is horrible, it’s slow and times out all the time, and I have issues renewing past orders. Truly guys, invest money in new app developers to revamp it and give it a modern look. That will only help with your overall branding.
2 Separate Uses?

It seems like there is one site/app for placing an order, and a different site/app for managing your account. For example, I can’t navigate to a home page from the app or after I’ve logged in to the site. If I go to order I can’t login or see any of my exclusions. Really disconnected and very frustrating
