It's too complicated for the average older user. We did not grow up using technology! Dining information incomplete; dates of menus too small to read, they are the smallest on the page; when each day passes that menu should be deleted so one doesn't have to scroll on and on from the first day listed, OR JUST POST ONE DAY at a time. You can get stuck on a page with no way to move on to another page or even your Dashboard. It's almost impossible to use your fingers to enlarge a page on your up-to-date phone and keep it open until you decide to close it back to its normal size.

Quote of the Day needs a more readable friendly font, hard to read. 970 slides cannot scroll or pause giving time to fully read or jot down information, or go back. Dining needs to put Holiday information under Dining section as well as in the 970 section, which you cannot scroll through to read the dining information. Hospital list is not available on 970 or under Pastoral Care section. Residents that don’t have an iPad, computer or cellphone can only get information via 970 on TV

CloudStrike Lite or maybe another name. This update implementation has created a mess. Some no longer receive email notifications. Others can sign in on some devices but not others. Some had to start all over again with setting up CareMerge accounts, now labeled something else.
Rather than seeking opinions, fix the problems so we can quit using workarounds.
