At first I loved this but as I went through more songs and the crappy search box, I kept getting an error message. Errorinternalservererror Customer service needed a screenshot, what? You think I just made this up? I sent the screenshot and “ crickets “ no response. After a period of not using ChordU , I just went and after 45 minutes of errors, freezing up and waiting for chord requests I finally gave up. Contacted customer no service and no joy. It’s seems like a ripoff scam that I have seen.

ChordU always runs in the background, unnecessarily burning down the battery. Uninstalled & cancelled subscription.

I’m an intermediate guitar player and even I know when a chord is out of place just by looking at it. Unsubbing. Definitely not recommending.

It was working fine. Now it tells me the songs are not listed. Even put the songs I looked up before

Used ChordU for about a year and it was great. But now every song I try to find ok comes back and says “Opps can’t find anything with that title “ have tried to find a fix but no luck.

I’m a musician so I got excited when I seen ChordU, just to test it out I took a easy song that I know by heart and have played since I was 8yrs old, I don’t know who is putting the chords on ChordU but Jesus Christ they are completely incorrect!! One of the songs should be CM Bm Em9 A13 for foundation, I swear it read F# g G# e c# ….. ALL WRONG!!!! ChordU is gonna screw up learning cats , cause it’s wrong! Stay away trust me

Be warned, if you forget that you have a subscription and ask for a refund after they charge your account, they will deny you. I sent an email within 4 days of the renewal, and they said my reason wasn’t valid. They clearly intend on ripping you off for as long as they can.

Just shows chords but no audio. Need to fix this, it use to have sound.

Sound doesn’t work on ChordU for my iPhone X

Bummer. Was really looking forward to this.

Got newer iPad and an iPad Pro and the sound doesn’t work on these!! If I want to hear I have to go back my old ipad2!!

Hello. ChordU is great to use but I just started favoriting my songs and realized that there is a sidebar to access all of that. However when you are in horizontal mode, it does not appear even by clicking the three lines on the top right. The only way is to turn the iPad to vertical mode. Please fix. Thanks.

ChordU is great they give you so many tools. Better than Ultimate Guitar.

ChordU works great. Just make sure your iPhone’s RINGER is ON so you wont get frustrated figuring out why there is no sound even if the volume is on full. On the left side of your iPhone is a toggle switch for your ringer. 🙂

Enjoyed learning Charlie Sextons Impressed.. had know idea the chords changed with video and you get fed next chord....I accidentally scrolled up n saw video rolling with chord progression .. I was blown away! Thank you Chord U👍👍

ChordU works great on the iPhone. Remember to put silent mode off!

If I were told I could only have one app and I had to get rid of the others, this would be the one. Enough said.
