3 months agoI recently copied photos from my iPhone 12 ProMax and transferred copies to my desktop PC. Then I deleted those selected photos from my iPhone in order to free up space on my phone. I noticed that the next time I tried to use my version of AVR PRO (version 8.1.7), I had lost all of my previous recordings. Please advise as to how I can retrieve them. Thanks, Glenn McCrea

10 months agoGood morning. I recently downloaded your App AVR Pro version 8.1.5 on my iPhone 12. I made a first recording that took up 14MB without any problem and with excellent results. Given that experience, I recorded a highly committed meeting for my work lasting approximately 30 minutes. Activate the recording mode about two minutes before starting the meeting and turn it off at the end of the meeting. the surprise was when reviewing the recording...the approximately 4-5minutes HAD NOT BEEN RECORDED, the rest had not been recorded until minute 19:22 (14.9 MB) losing more than 10 final minutes without any explanation...the phone was all the time in the same position, nobody touched it and it had a free memory of 9GB...Any explanation? some remote possibility that the rest of the recording was stored elsewhere/archive. Hidden that I can't find? Why didn't the effective recording start until at least 5 minutes after the start?... This had not happened to me the previous time, where I proceeded in the same way?... Being so, I have NO confidence in its app, it is not useful for professional purposes... the intervals not recorded (beginning and end) represent a HUGE loss for my professional activity... I hope at least one explanation... notwithstanding that I may take some other action.

Terrible Human Interface
This is probably a very good application but I’m just PO’d right now. I downloaded the app, started recording, and recorded a four minute song. When I stopped recording, two additional buttons appeared with no verbal explanation or labels. I tapped the one on the right thinking it might allow me to review the song before storing it. My song was immediately erased, sent to the bit bucket forever. No warning, no confirmation, just GONE!! One star because even though this may be a great app, that is just a really poor human interface that allows for zero error and provides zero confirmation before deleting a recording.

Update to my can’t listen and disappeared review
I found it in export. I did. HOWEVER, it can’t be played. It’s still 0 seconds long, and it’s 67MB I am truly heartbroken. The ONLY thing that’s keeping me from screaming is that I did take old fashioned WRITTEN notes and I got the speaker’s contact information. But he wasn’t the only one sharing a lot of valuable information. I pretty much hate this app right now. And myself for trusting it.
