How to fix Parallel Space app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parallel Space app on iPhone
Update Parallel Space app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parallel Space iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parallel Space on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parallel Space network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Parallel Space not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parallel Space App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parallel Space » click [Force Stop]

Update Parallel Space to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parallel Space App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parallel Space » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parallel Space.

Fix Parallel Space unable to contact server/ Parallel Space internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parallel Space » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parallel Space » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
