iStory for Instagram Reviews

iStory used to be amazing, then for some unbelievably stupid reason they decided to put ads EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE… Saving a post, you get an ad. Opening a story, you get an ad. Saving a story, you get an ad. Swiping on stories, you get an ad. And that doesn’t account for the 1-2 ads that never leave your screen unless you are looking at a story. It has gotten so unbelievably bad that the ads themselves (that pile on top of each other in the background) completely lagged me out of my phone and it was essentially bricked (entirely frozen in iStory ) for the last 15 minutes until it died (luckily my phone already had low battery). This has been an issue for the last year at least, and I’ve hoped it would be fixed, but clearly all iStory’s devs care about is their ad revenue even when iStory is nearly unusable.

I downloaded the application paid for the subscription after so many logins Instagram required me to authenticate myself i passed authentication process logged in a few more times then Instagram shut down my profile with the message that I’ve violated their legal terms
Now my Instagram profile is disabled and I’m not able to get it back I tried to contact technical support of this application I never got a response after several tries so for this application I don’t recommend users may lose their Instagram account forever buyer beware

I usually don’t leave reviews for apps but I had to for this one because it is so great! In order to save good quality pictures from Instagram I used to have to save them from an app on my computer and then use my iCloud to transport them to my phone. iStory makes that so much easier. All you have to do is find the post and download it and its very good quality. A+

I purchased iStory so I did not have to sit through the annoying ads. I use iStory every single day, multiple times a day. It’s been weeks now and I’m still getting ads even after the update to fix it. So don’t bother buying it to not see ads. You’ll still see them anyway. Kind of a take your money and run sort of deal I suppose. Not even an offer to refund us for the time we have been using a broken app by still having to sit through ads we paid not to see. Otherwise, I like it.

I had iStory for over a year. It was great until yesterday. ig suspended my account for “phishing”. I also noticed accounts from Turkey were mysteriously being followed by me. It’s a hack app. Be careful. I deleted iStory because I don’t want my ig closed, like the other reviews mentioned happened to them. Unfortunate. Because it was good up until I realized it hacks your account for your info

iStory was great. It allowed me to view my favorite stories and download my favorite pictures. But recently I noticed it isn’t allowing me to download anymore pictures or stories from instagram. I’m severely disappointed.

If you like to watch a 5 second ad every time to perform an action on iStory then iStory is for you. Wanna click on a profile? Here’s an ad first. Wanna flip through the story? Ad. Just scrolling? Ad. Just watched an ad? Here’s the same ad for you again. Wanna remove the ads? Here’s another ad

App works but you’re better off just downloading Instagram++. Ads are cool considering it’s a free app but y’all are pushing it.

The first login page is not working to login to your account , except that everything is amazing

I can’t save videos anymore? Like the three dots in the corner are gone. They just disappeared, idk what happened. It was really good but today I got on iStory to save a video but I couldn’t save the video because the save option disappeared. It was a really good app. I’m just confused now as to why I can’t find the save option.

I love iStory I can watch stories without ppl seeing that I’m watching their stories the best app ever … but it’s starting to lag really bad please can you update this or something pleaseeee

Ever since my friend told me about iStory I have been able to spot galleries looking at my artwork! Then able to submit my work.

Had a few issues with iStory , but it fixed itself after reinstalling it twice. Don’t know what the problem was. Probably Apple’s broken IoS

It really so helpful and reliable but the premium package has the best gonna give a feedback when I have premium

Good app but where t says show all story’s it won’t load anything just blank black screen and pls put where you liked pictures to repost thank you

Why app does not work for the iPhone version and it doesn’t work for me but it’s not working properly and I have to work

I was wondering if the option to save/ view story highlights is coming. Other than that iStory works perfectly.

Posts don’t have an option to save anymore, which defeats the purpose of iStory. Lucky for me, I didn’t update after the first time the feature went away and came back and haven’t updated. Thankfully I went and read recent reviews before updating. You should probably put this feature back. It’s useless without the save feature.

It’s actually a hacking app don’t ever use this because I had an account and then after using this application and sharing my data such as the password and the user name, and after 3 months they hacked it and changed the password, then I created a new account and the same thing happened, beware of this application.

I’ve been using iStory for about 4yrs. I’ve never had any issues. Until recently that iStory has been login me out and making me set up a new password. And now recently it has completely banned me from my Instagram page. And I have no way to getting my account back.

Hi, I’ve noticed that photo and video posts could no longer be downloaded and the feedback link doesn’t work “your device doesn’t support mail” but it does.

Good app but people's stories no longer load.. it worked for the first week and then it just stopped loading stories

Since have downloaded iStory on my iPhone 11 it has not been working I don’t know what’s going on can iStory developer get gat fixup

because of iStory, my account has been permanently disabled due to "suspicious activity and violating their terms." i contacted support over and over and even proved my identity but there is nothing they can do to help me. iStory is NOT worth it. if you could get it, you're at risk of losing your account forever.
