Waited for room availability.

Prechecked in on the all no problem.
Got to the hotel (The Venetian)at check in time.
Waited for 30 minutes, constantly refreshing the app. Says “we’ll notify you when the room is ready”.
Called the front desk after the half hour. They said that our room is ready. They admitted the all can be spotty and doesn’t work all the time. Not worth it. Just go to the front desk and save your time.

my wife checked us in, so i installed this to have key as well. it just says you need to checkin first with NO options to do anything else??? fix this or remove it, its currently junk
