Mural stunning, app not functioning with live mural

UPDATE: The app does work with the accompanying book.
It would be great if I could click through the people in this app like you can on the devices adjacent to the exhibit.
The VR component is not working at all in recognizing the moving faces in the mural; no matter how close or far away I get to it.
