App crashing for a few day’s now

It’s been about three days and every time
I try and load the app it crashes and takes me to the homepage. The latest update from a day ago didn’t help. Can you please resolve so I can get back to working out?
App freezes

App will freeze when switching to a new tab and then going back to the home tab and selecting a task on the home tab. Requires an app restart to fix.
Stop forcing updates

Often I’m in the gym and warm up, then when I open the app ready to workout there is a surprise update prompt. I cannot use it without updating.
Gyms are often large metal buildings without good service. This means I need to walk outside to update my app before i start my workout.
It’s poor user experience. I should be able to run my workout before updating.
