The App Repeatedly Messed up My Birth Chart

I tried three separate times to create a profile on Astroclub and each time it messed up my birth chart and said I’m a Cancer (my birthday is in December). Yes I made sure to type it in correctly and select the correct boxes each time and it still was incorrect. When I went into the “Contact Us” section of the app it took me to an email window without the actual email address attached so I figured I’d leave a review to note my disappointing experience with the app :/
