Your service sucks. They say it's free but then ask for donations. Ok i paid for the donations and I was supposed to have service until 9/13/21, and it just stopped. And I donated $10 more and nothing. If I can't use the service I want my$10 back.

Seems that Locast started charging me $5.50/mth on my Visa AND through Paypal, causing a double charge. This has been going on for a few months now. I don't want a refund, BUT I do want you to stop charging Paypal. Plz email me your feed back. Thx

Don't use this service! I signed up for FREE...then a few months later they demanded a "DONATION" of $5.50 a month...and only were we willing to do auto bank draft. No cash, no cards, no checks, no billing statements...just auto draft. Then almost TWO YEARS ago, I terminated my service (YouTube was free and offered local channels through my Roku) so I cancelled my service. BUT LOCAST CONTINUES TO DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT ever month. Terrible customer service. Still trying to get the $120 they owe me...had to go to the bank and Roku to stop the billing.

I click on LOCAST on ROKU home. Doesn"t allow me to enter code before it returns to home screen. I try to use LOCAST.org/ACTIVATE and it lights up gives me a new code then screen goes back to home. Push again on locast and get a new code...momentarily!

Dear Locast how can you get two hundred internet cable channels like ustvgo it all free to but you need a vpn to watch two hundred channel with out a VPN ustvgo they block it out but VPN is so It's a spensive same cost as cable $63 A month that's crazy For ustvgo it a app you can work with them we will not need out side tv In tennis again it be all Internet cable will be awesome if you can do this you still paid same price $5 a month Was the 2 apps combined locast app and ustvgo app

This is very unfriendly system. locast It says no subscription BUT if you don’t donate $5.00 per month you can’t watch the programs that should be free. Locast runs a non-stop loop asking for donations. This is so screwed up. Here is their way to fund their company. If you use a antenna you don’t pay for any of these channels. Which is way they call it a donation. But if you don’t donate you will not be able to watch the complete programs. WHAT A RACKET.
