Why Conects Q&A - Homework help is not in play store ? Why??

My friend recommended this app to me because i’ve been struggling in math. I went to go download it only for it to tell me it’s not in my region at all. Now I see other people are having this problem too. People that already had it downloaded before this incident seem to be fine but you cannot download it at all because it says it’s not available in app store. Hate it here

My app is not working

I have not been able to get in this app for a month. I paid the money and all of a sudden I can't get answers to my problems

I cannot get back in my account and i paid for the subscription. It is telling me the app is not in my region on the app store. Can I please get another way to access the app or website ?

The app isn’t working anymore, keeps telling me to update it and when I try it isn’t even in the App Store please help it’s the only way I can check and understand my work.
