Complete rip off

I installed this on a new phone and now can’t access my other cars. I paid for this app a couple of years ago and was told (I emailed them directly) it was a one time purchase and now they want me to buy a subscription and won’t let me access my car. Just because you change the program doesn’t mean you shouldn’t honor the previous deal. I done! It I have to pay a subscription I’ll use another app. I hate being ripped off. Don’t pay for this because they’ll do the same to you.

I payed for this app a couple years ago, now even though I paid for it begin with and it was a “one-time purchase”, it wants me to pay a monthly subscription to use an app I’ve been using for quite awhile. RIP OFF! And now I can’t even export my data to use in another app! DO NOT TRUST THESE DEVS! Changing terms of an app WITHOUT warning to users! Now years of data is LOST because I have to PAY to export MY data.

This used to be a decent app, then someone bought it or it changed names - they redesigned the entire format, which looks more professional, but I don’t think it’s easier to use or understand. I paid for the program when I bought it, which was supposed to be it, now they’ve started charging a subscription fee. Absolute BS. I’m going to start looking for an alternative.
