am a customer of Udates. I have enjoyed using your service for several months now. However, recently there has been a lot of fraud on your site. There is a user (s) who have the name "Anonymous" who is harassing, threatening and being verbally abusive to me and to other users and streamers. Also, constantly using profanity. I have seen other users leave the stream when Anonymous comes to the stream. He also, makes numerous posts that block others from posting. Now Anonymous is using the names of other profiles and is making other users very upset. You need to stop Anonymous from being able to come to stream. You need to require that before you can come to the stream you need to have a credit card in your system Just having an email does not give you protection. Anyone can make numerous emails and set up many accounts on Udates. It is getting worse and worse, I believe that if you let this continue you will be out of business in 6 months. If you dont do something now...I will no longer use Udates and not come back. I want to enjoy using Udates and talking to your streamers but when Anonymous comes on I do not have a good time and want to leave. It also upsets me to see the Streamers get upset. I recommned the following: - Do not allow to use the name Anonymous. - You can only use Udates if you have a credit card in your system before post comments. - Only have 1 name per user. You need to do something to protect your customers like me and to protect your streamers, that is you responsibility as a company. Please contact me directly to let me know what you plan to do.
