This game started off cool, I picked a really cute starter. I did a battle. Then I realised that not only did I need exp, I also needed coins to level up. Then I went and disconnected me from my always working internet (I checked) every 5 seconds. Then I got some egg and it hatched into a level one. Then they make you fight a level 2, and in there they make you switch your level 3 that can easily beat it with the under level one that has a weak type match up. Then instead of letting you decide between switching and fighting, you are forced to deal like 0.1 health off your enemy. And then for me it disconnected 3 times in one battle, in all of them I had to battle again and restart. I don’t recommend this frustrating game to anyone and I would have rated 0 stars.

The game appears to have great creature designs and gameplay, but that’s it. The battle system is nice that it’s not turn based and is instead stamina, but there’s no way to upgrade stamina regen, so you have basic regen on high level creatures. Now, the internet connection is absolutely horrendous with the game randomly losing connection. No, it’s not me, or else it’d be happening elsewhere. And the opponent balance? The devs never heard of such a concept. Balance is wack. Plus, the bad connection generates lag during gameplay that totally ruins moves. I’ll get hit when in unhittable positions, and yet the opponent is invulnerable at point blank. And some moves are absolutely insane. No, devs, don’t tell me “there’s counters” when body slam is nigh unstoppable by anything but ONE move and intangible is completely spammable. How do I counter when only one creature gets the counter move and they are usually wiped out before I truly need them? You can’t counter when swapping and stamina regen take too long and you can’t even prepare prior to ensure you’re ready to counter. No balance yields bad chaos.

Fly, dig, freeze, vanish (whatever it’s called), and dash are all extremely annoying moves that 90% of the miss. This game is all about chance not skill at all. You can use body slam and the enemy uses fly which should result in the enemy taking damage (like dig), but instead it just gives the enemy freedom to do as they please. There are a ton of moves you can’t counter and instead have to just sit in the battle until the moves over with to even attack. It’s a horrible system as your opponent can use vortex and continue attacking you while you just watch.

The mosquito enemy is OP. He can fly to dodge, recover HP and use bloodlust and fly to completely make your monster useless.

There is a lot of things that need to be balanced in this game before I drop a dime on it.
