Hi team!! You all know about the entertainment would much better than me and I believe a portion of population watch any series/movies just for the sake of entertainment which can distract/relief them from current pandemic situation. I watch Netflix, Hotstar Disney plus, Amazon prime etc however I also would like to watch MX player without any second thought. BUT, A advertisement for donation is popping up 4-5 times in a episode which ruin the entire momentum of watching any I understand the importance of showing the add however I'm pretty sure that there is a other way around to show it and It is your job to find ways and do some brain storming for it. People do not bother to share their agonies/frustration about this in writings because they do not have time for it so rather leave it. We all aware about the current pandemic situation however few comes to watch just for the entertainment (because of ignorant attitude) and others to forget or come out from this for awhile. So, you all the need to understand all the aspect and keeping that in mind make a smooth sailing way for everyone. I do understand importance of a add in free launching platform. Don't worry you all will fly high when you start taking feedback seriously as well as criticism as good friends of yours. I do not want to be a philosopher for you but this lines are having great essence . Manifest greatest wisdom within your life and take action for the betterment of MX players. I'm writing this while I'm working so do not thing I have much time for this. I greatly appreciate for your all the broadcast so far and keep doing the great work. Best regards !!! :)
Support VPN

There’s a lot of Indian content that’s available only in India and not to rest of the world. The application SHOULD support VPN. This will allow users from all over the world to view the content. This will increase the application downloads as well. I just downloaded to see if the application supports content over VPN and it did not even let me open the app. And guess what I DELETED the app immediately.
Your app should support cross country viewers.
The website doesn’t load on my phone over VPN. It’s terribly slow. The application doesn’t support users over VPN. You just lost a customer 🤷🏻♀️ and many such viewers like me.
Stupid App That Doesn’t Care About International Viewers

I’ve used MX Player and it used to be a great website and app for streaming stuff but now it looks like they want to be selfish and only cater to INDIAN audience. If you’re outside of India, you can’t access the app or watch anything on it. If you use a VPN, they still won’t let you use the app and will ask you to turn of the VPN.
Incredibly stupid and disappointing app. The makers are definitely selfish and don’t care about international viewers lol. Won’t recommend their app at all unless you want to waste your time.
Not bad content but the app is not was I expected…

Didn’t get why I’ve paid for this app and have to watch so many ads, sometimes almost every minutes there is an ad.. that’s crazy.. why there is no option to pay for subscription without ads as almost all streaming platforms have…
