Ambient weather app will not open downloaded the app onto my Android and when I hit open all I get is a white screen
iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16.5.1 using ambient Weather station as-2000 shows splash screen then blank white screen repeatedly. If I swipe out task and run again splash screen reappears first time then gets white screen. It’s done this with previous iOS 16.5 also. Once in a while it works. Remote Wi-Fi console always reports.
Ambient Weather app only shows white screen once opened. Nothing loads. AmbientWeather.net website shows my dashboard accurately, though, so must be an app issue. Has been a problem for a few days now.

Ambient weather station suddenly stopped reporting data.
On the AWN app, I can get the ALERTS page, the UNITS page and the DEVICES page. If I try to go to WEATHER MAP or DASHBOARD, I just get a blank screen. Norton updated some programs a couple weeks ago. I don't know if the two are connected but it has been about that long since the weather app has worked correctly. I can still get my weather station information on Wunderground and Weather Cloud. Wi-Fi setup is terrible. Works perfectly for several people I know. I watched them set it up on their devices in my home…however does not work on my iPhone 12.
wifi setup is a nightmare. Instructions are confusing and inconsistent. the console wifi broadcasts a sid that my iphone app connects to, but then the app freezes when I try to open it. I've tried restarting everything and none of that works.
