Very accurate - love having an accurate, no nonsense local weather app.
One issue I do have with it is with my iPad mini 2. It worked great until the last iOS update. Now it starts to load but then it fails to load and the iPad returns to its previous screen. So I can’t use the app on my iPad mini 2 now.
It works ok on my iPhone Xs.
Good but not always up to date

Nick does a great job. That being said, at times it can take a couple of days before the forecast is updated.
