Cannot remove from my phone

I cannot delete the app from my Home Screen or phone as well, like any app should be. This is immensely frustrating and I can’t help but wonder WHY? Why would a company make an app that cannot be removed from a persons phone. That should raise a great deal of questions because I’m clearly not the only person who’s had this problem. I haven’t been able to get a hold of support and so I’d caution anyone who’s thinking of downloading this. If I can get help and remove it from my phone I’ll gladly delete this comment but until this is resolved I will consistently warn people about this very odd and unnerving issue with this app. I really need a solution please.
Does not work

I had this app before about six months ago and liked it. I took it off my phone bc I wasn’t using it very much. I decided I wanted to use it again and installed it back on my phone. It goes to the initial screen where it asked about tracking, I chose “ask app not to track” next it wants you to choose your age (I don’t remember that from last time but ok) so I did that and said “agree” from there nothing happened! I tapped on the different options and NOTHING HAPPENED! It was like it was completely frozen. Very disappointed!

Utter garbage. Nothing but constant ads and random b.s. don’t waste your time and certainly not your money on their “pro” version. They make you watch an ad every time you want to do anything and then they interrupt with their own ads for their pro version. Honestly they could have the best tools out there and at this point I’d still not give them a dime on principle. However I’m confident that their “pro” version is just as much random b.s. as the regular only with out constant bombardment of ads.
