I really like this game It's been entertaining for me and I got to say it's a good thing to spend time with when you want to play a game But there is a problem that annoys me while playing , You see , when you play this game you should pass some roads , destroy some bases that belong to the enemy and do some shooting in those bases to finally reach the enemy boss and fight him/her and each level that you pass the distance between you and enemy gets longer But my problem is that after a while the distance gets too long ! And you should really spend a looot of time playing and you finally maybe get the chance to fight the enemy I like these kind of games and l love transformers too but the fact that I should spend a lot of time on shooting and driving to finally get the chance to reach the boss is really annoying ! I understand that every game should be hard on it's own way too but not this much I know that there is a low chance that developers read my review because probably there are a lot of reviews here Just please if you ever read this , Decrease the distances to make the game look lessss time wasting in the top level !

I’ll start off by saying that this game is quite enjoyable. The gameplay itself is smooth and rewarding. The list of Decepticons that you have to take down is a cool feature. The artwork in the game has that 80’s Transformers look to it, it’s gorgeous. The events and challenges give you something to do on each run and make the game feel complete. For its release, the game has a fairly wide selection of playable Autobot characters that you can collect and upgrade to make them stronger. The “call for backup” option at the end of each run is a nice progress-aiding feature as well. There is only one issue that have with the game. Once I finally unlocked Optimus Prime the difficulty of the game took quite a jump. The traffic portion in the first stages of a run used to be pretty manageable. Now my runs become ruined in the early stages due to the sheer congestion of the traffic. I’m not saying that it’s impossible to navigate, but it’s definitely very difficult especially for the first stages of a run. A possible fix could be thinning out the traffic just a bit. I’m enjoying this game very much and cannot wait to see what else you guys do with it! Cheers.

I think this is a really fun, mindless arcade style game especially if your a die hard transformers fan like myself. Cool characters fun bosses etc. Unfortunately when I tried to purchase a bundle for seven dollars which was supposed to give me Optimus Prime, 5000 gems, 500,000 coins and 30 energon, it only gave me Optimus prime and nothing else only about two dollars worth if you will. But besides that I’ve had a blast with the game. Although I feel the game is a bit to unforgiving at times and the cost for upgrades and new characters is too Grundy and expensive. Hence why I tried to get that bundle. I hope the game gets more updates and to be clear the main reason as to why I give the game four stars as opposed to five is strictly because they kind of screwed me on the bundle purchase. But overall great game and I highly recommended to transformers fans.

This is literally one of the hottest transformer game. Not only the gameplay is hot but it heat my phone as well. I give 5 out of 5 for the simple yet amazing gameplay. Each stage is very rewarding and the developer is not cheap with the reward and upgrades. I spent about $10 for the game and I already play as fully upgraded optimus. This type of phasing is perfect for casual gamers. But the game get quite repetitive after you play for a while. The bosses moves are easy to read. However they are still challenging.

I would give this game 5 out of 5, however this game literally hot as it heats my phone. Whenever I played this game for more than 5 minutes, my phone get very hot and it start lagging. It gets pretty bad when there are a lot of things happening during the game. This never happens to any other game I play. And I don’t thing it’s because of my phone, since I’m using iPhone X. Please fix this problem for a 5 stars!

This has been a very fun game to play in parallel with my son! We compare our games we play that day and talk about our progress. The format of the game is very entertaining. Over the last few months, I have made it all the way to Megatron, as has he.

Both my son and I discovered on both iPhone and iPad what seems like an error. When you defeat the tank version of Megatron and proceed to face the robot version, if your first Autobot dies and you sub in with another, you cannot move your Autobot and the game is basically frozen. At some point your Autobot dies and it asks again if you want to sub another in. The same pattern happens until you have nobody left. I assume this is unintended? If so, please fix! My son and I want to get the ultimate glory of beating Megatron! Thank you!

I play this game because my nephews are into transformers. I’ve spent over 50 dollars on crystals and coins to upgrade faster. Upgrading the weaker bots (all are max upgraded) was a waste of money as there is no improvement in their firepower or armor. The game will give you a laser for example that lasts 15 seconds. It often gives you two in a row. They do not last for 30 seconds. What’s most annoying are the glitches when you get to the final megatron( there are two). My pro max iphone is brand new and works perfectly. The whole game freezes and you can’t even see the autobot fighting. It has happened every time and it is infuriating especially after spending so much money on this game. Not a very well thought out or designed game in any way. Please fix this glitch so i can defeat the game for my nephews and never play it again.

I really do have fun playing this game! It’s fast, well designed, and fair. But the game is basically unbeatable. One of the games collectibles are gems. The more gems you get, the more you can upgrade your characters, the more you upgrade the more likely you are to beat the level. But Gems are not to common. To be honest the gameplay is fun but how the game is presented is not. If this was an infinite runner I would have gave this game four stars. But this game a goal that is supposed to be beat. I don’t want to play it anymore because I feel like it’s wasted hours. I can understand that some people may enjoy how long it is. Some people may just like the gameplay so much they don’t mind if they may never beat it. For me though it was a game with good ideas but executed poorly.

First off, this game is just pure nostalgia for me. There are very few games that can bring back nostalgia, and this game is one of those. Next, it’s not pushed down your throat to buy stuff, unlike practically every other game, and the ads are optional, at least for me. Also, it pays tribute to the original series, and can really bring back memories for fans from day 1, unlike me. Lastly, it plays well and the graphics are great, however, I have found myself in multiple positions in which my thumb didn’t have enough room, so maybe that can be improved. First, I love the battle racer genre and love the mix of base attack and street driving in this game. It adds some variety to something that can start to feel boring otherwise. Add in the classic Transformers and this game is a gem, albeit one in need of some minor polishing.

During play, I constantly feel like I have to adjust my finger position. This is actually more pronounced in the base sections. I’ve seen other games where the car orients toward the finger position a bit better so I imagine this will be refined over time.

I also had issues of the game freezing after watching ads, which is again a minor issue that I’m sure will be addressed in an update.

Worth your time, especially if you love Transformers.

The graphics and sound design are good. As a 39 year old gen 1 Transformers fan, the overall presentation of this game makes me happy

The level design is also good. I like how the driving segments feel like the old game Spy Hunter and the shooting segments feel like a relatively standard IOS SHMUP.

The controls...aren’t so good. There’s a noticeable amount of input lag relative to most other shooters on IOS. It feels intentional to increase the game’s difficulty. It isn’t SO bad until you consider how the game is monatized.

Ads. There’s an ad after each death. I feel like I spent a third of my time with this game watching ads. Normally I don’t mind watching ads in free games, but this is a particularly bad implementation, and there’s no option to pay to have them removed. There’s also IAP for currency, which is high...but the ads...dear lord the ads.

I’ve been a Transformers fan since I was five years old. The thought of a Transformers-themed SHMUP makes me unreasonably happy. Unfortunately the ads make this pretty unenjoyable for me and ultimately make this feel like a cash-in on the Bumblebee movie 😢

The game is fine. I’ve been playing with my 5 year old son. I’ve currently got the mission, Double Double. It says to “Double your currency after a run.” I can find no way to do so and no help online. I’ve doubled the amount of currency during a run, but no luck. The shop option to pay to double your coins forever mentions that it doesn’t apply to coins earned watching ads. I’ve not seen any ads in this game that give you coins.

How do we complete Double Double?

This would be 5 stars but it’s not everything in the game is absolutely perfect except the way you move when I first got this game I thought hey this will save mobile transformers games forever but I was only halfway right I was expecting controls for it but I was disappointed when I had to move with my finger that is a huge disadvantage for me since I’m busy with my fingers so plz fix and add controls for people who doesn’t what to move with their finger

Okay somethings are very hard maybe make them a little easier not too easy tho also it take forever for energon cubes to recharge and the put your finger down thing just distracts me and I keep on dying from that also I would add more autobots like Drift Blue streak Hound Iron hide Smoke screen and even the dinobots I’m sure there’s still a lot to add to this game

transformers is my biggest obsession!! i downloaded this game as soon as i heard that it existed! the graphics, designs, and colors are so cute, and the music is banging. i love it. the g1-style throwback is awesome.
the layout is really simple, which is something i really like. usually when games have too many buttons/options/screens it's overwhelming for me. that's just a personal preference but i just wanted to say i liked it.
are/will the decepticons be playable? i'm not super far in the game so i don't know if that's been implemented, but i would love to play as megatron :) regardless, i love this game.💕

This is a super fun game that brings out classic Transformers. There are tons of upgrades but it you must pay for additional energon to play. To start you only get 5 consecutive plays:( how can you really even try to play this game if it takes 30 minutes before you can play again. If you want more you have to purchase it. Only reason for not 4 out of 5.

Out of all the iPhone games I have played, this one is by far the best!! It is so easy to earn coins and diamonds and energon! And most games don’t give that kinda stuff out all willy nilly. You don’t only have to spend your money if you want too! Not cuz you need to in order to do more things faster!!!! If you want a good game!! THIS IS IT!!!

It’s a great app and I like it a lot. My only request is that you add more autobots that can turn into things other than cars such as planes, tanks or even animals such as grimlock, slash, jetfire, or warpath. And if you do add autobots that turn into jets make them in the sky attacking decepticon air defenses and battleships if possible. Now that I think about it Trans is called bumblebee overDRIVE. Maybe just add tanks and animal robots then, unless you want to add jets

Honestly I’m my opinion it’s a good game. It a type of game that can be used to pass the time. Heck even when I delete this game I always download it again and again. But overtime when you get to the bosses like battleslash things get really hard. For instance there’s more miles to get to the boss and in the levels everything is too fast for you to process

I really enjoyed this game until I tried to buy an additional 1500 credits to upgrade my team. The game said my payment failed, yet my bank account was still charged for the transaction. Keep this in mind if you’re thinking of buying upgrades in the game!

UPDATE: I got my money back I’ve deducted a star for how weak and easy it is to kill the female Autobots. How Arcee at level 6 weaker than Bumblebee at level 5? I ran into one car at half strength and died!

It’s a good game but it starts to get to hard. I’m trying to defeat sun storm and it is soooooooo hard. Please shorten the levels. Maybe save the 63,000 miles for the final boss. Also please add check points for maybe every 10,000?>Edit: Nvm I just needed to upgrade my autobots.

Okay so I defeated brawl and the game crashed and it never gave me the reward box when i got back on, But overall great game.

Reinstalling The game helped it saved all my characters and restarted the decepticons I have to defeat so now i can defeat Brawl again and get the reward box.

I've just started and have only beaten tracer, but I must say this is a fairly made transformers game. I was a big fan of transformers legends and I also wish I had downloaded battle tactics when it was out. Those were probably the best nostalgic transformers games.
Back to the subject, this is a pretty good game but I do wish there were more character.(and playable deceptions)

The game is truly amazing, it’s fun and challenging, not to mention the art style is drop dead gorgeous! I just wish some of the characters weren’t so expensive to grind for but I guess in the long run it’s okay. I also wish there were as many autobot characters as decepticons
