I took it from my home to the Incheon airport. When I take a taxi, it usually costs around KRW 65,000 except the toll. And it definitely goes up for 20% more because it goes via the Seoul outter circular highway. this app stated that it will go up 30% more than usual since it’s far based on their fare policy. I thought and expected around up to KRW 80,000 except the toll even if it costs 10% more. However, it was almost KRW 170,000 except the toll. I was so shocked and suprised. It was almost tripled. Ok. It’s fair and normal based on their fare policy. However, I cannot deny that it’s way more expensive than the black luxurious taxi even. If you go far, just don’t use this app.

Been trying to add my intl card but it gets stuck on processing. This is the 3rd try and i have been waiting well over an hour. I think it just doesnt work lol. So anyways just gonna have to use a korean card.

It was heavily raining and my driver didn’t even show up to the destination that I selected for him to pick me up and he showed up to a completely different place. If you cancel your ride, it makes you pay, so I didn’t cancel my ride and waited and waited. I called him and he angrily sweared and yelled at me through the phone. I tracked the car’s location on the visual map and ran there. I was soaking wet and I was just so angry.

The customer service is terrible and they do not care to reply or take action. TADA is not user friendly and frustrating for a tourist.

Recently, it was revealed that the driver sexually harassed and gossiped about the passengers. When he saw his passenger swearing at him in a group chat room, criticizing his appearance and jokingly judging that he could no longer trust the driver. If you're using this app, if you want to know this, I'm writing this. Please understand that the context is not smooth by using a translator.

I’ve had certain drivers of these cars getting stuck in places they should not be driving in Seoul, such as alleyways and one-way streets. Linking this service to a cellphones account instead of a bank account is also not useful.

다들 친절하시고 차 안이 깨끗해서 너무 좋지만 GPS 시스템을 개선 하셔야할것 같아요 항상 더 오래 걸리는 길로 안내가 되는것 같네요. Love the fact that it’s clean and the drivers are very kind. But the GPS system is not so stellar. They always seem to take the long route.
