Unable to log into my car meets app or get reset password sent to my email. Keep gettin meessage saying “format is incorrect”

To resolve CarMeets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CarMeets App
1. On android, goto Settings » CarMeets » click [Force Stop]

Clear CarMeets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CarMeets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CarMeets.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CarMeets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CarMeets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CarMeets
