Bought a gift card for a friend and it says you’re supposed to be able to add it to the app but it will not allow me to add it to the app under their account where it says promo codes. Do not know what is going on or why it would say that if it’s not true. Don’t know if this is still a work in progress but I would like to be able to actually use the 70 dollars worth of sessions I just purchased.

I had ten hours in town and was ecstatic to work out, but I was unable to find the pod with the directions provided. I reached out to customer support via multiple means and didn’t hear back until I was already gone. No refund or discount was given upon request, despite my spending over an hour trying to make my reservation work.
