What is going on? I paid for ViolinTunerBasic and when I try to open it keep asking to pay again

El app dice que cuesta $1.99 mas sin embargo, cada vez que presiono una opción diferente dentro del app me quiere cobrar mas. Que o qué ? Ahora mismo no me da opción para absolutamente nada.
