We have signed-up for Fox Nation + submitted my DD From 214 verifying my military service + received a confirming email from Fox Nation accepting my document submission +confirming my qualification for the Military free one year access to Fox Nation streaming. I submitted my email and setup my password+ downloaded the Fox Nation computer and cell phone app + setup ROKU connection. Unfortunately and frustratingly, the system does not allow my access to the streaming benefits. How can we gain the access to which we are entitiled?

I received a charge on my Mastercard for an Annual Subscription to Fox Nation. I did not sign up for Fox Nation so please cancel this subscription and refund my charge of $77.39 dated March 27, 2026. I do not do questions on computer. I want to talk on the phone. I signed up for Fox Nation twice and have never figured out how to get it. I am always interested in the advertised programs but never could find them. First time was under the veteran service and second time was the $2.99 service. I DO NOT want to chat on the computer.

I experience dropping issues with Fox Nation that I do not have with others like Hulu or Fubo or any of the others.

My fox nation app isn’t opening to stream on my Sansum tv. It’s very sporadic and takes multiple efforts to turn on. Also turns off and makes me reset saying my passcode has expired and makes me reset again with a QR code and verifying my internet provider.

I paid I paid $36 dollars for this year the first of January. I have FUBO for my live streaming server. I am able to get Fox Nation programs, with the exception of "The Five" which I injoy watching. Today I saw a renewal charge of $80.90 on my American Express card for Fox Nation, which I didn't order. My mail accumulated at the end of the year due to a hospitalization and that's why I can only contact you now to ask for a refund of $80.90. I received notice from PayPal that Fox Nation sent an auto payment of $77.53 for subscription for 2026. Big surprise. I had already renewed my 2026 subscription for $38.49. Called Fox Nation phone number twice and received the same recording: There is no one here to answer your call. Leave a message and we will return your call. Here it is four days later no return call. Does anyone have a good number that you can talk to a live person?

The customer service is terrible. They bill me every month but I cannot get the streaming to load ( sits and spins on the title page). We have several streaming services and they all work. When trying to resolve this thru chat, it is absolutely ridiculous.....no help at all. Then they wanted to send me to a 3rd party for a fee. If you purchase this service, just hope you never have any issues because resolution is extremely difficult. I am looking to cancel because I can't get anyone to help

Had automatic subscription renewal on 11/18 for ROKU. I sign into the app and it offers me subscription option. Won’t allow me to go any further. Contacted ROKU and all their troubleshooting didn’t work. They suggested I contact you. Never had this problem before.

Icrreated unknowingly 2 accounts, the first I typed gnail vs. gmail. Obviously, I couldn't sign in and didn't realize my mistake until I was billed twice on the same day.
